Infrastructure

We offer comprehensive Infrastructure Assessments which review all components of a client’s technology environment including servers, storage, networks, email, facilities and security components to determine the critical deficiencies or risks that can negatively impact business operation and revenue.

Audits

For companies that are concerned their networks and systems or information may be vulnerable to attack, compromise, or unauthorized access, we offer Network Security Audit Services, where we perform exterior network penetration tests, review software versions and patch levels, and analyze and user password controls. Our reports point out the specific areas of vulnerability and provide recommendations for remediation and control of these issues.

Analysis and Implementation

To help our clients augment their internal IT facilities and systems, we provide Managed Services Analysis and Implementation Services, where we select and recommend outside services and vendors for co-location, disaster recovery hosting, email archiving, SPAM and virus control, network monitoring and intrusion detection. Help Desk

We provide Help Desk Services to our clients as a primary or overflow service for desktop, application and network requests- 365 days a year (7am-10pm M-F, 9am-9pm Sat, Sun). Our qualified engineers can work remotely or be at your office or facility as the problem or timeframe requires. We provide issue tracking and escalation using help desk ticketing software, and provide management reporting and statistics for planning and quality purposes.

Asset Management

Our Asset Management Services provide IT asset inventory and reporting (PCs, printers, servers, etc.), software licensing and patch management, and IT remote administration tools to assist internal IT departments. We help them manage and maintain a current fleet of equipment, ensure software versions are current and compatible, and keep security patches up-to-date on server and network equipment.

Voice

Performance Improvement Partners Voice Solutions team can manage all aspects of your network and telecommunications environments, from selecting and managing your internal phone systems, to implementing local and wide area network technology, VOIP and video conferencing. We work directly with the major telecommunication carriers to design and negotiate voice and data solutions that are most productive and cost-effective to the customer.
